By keeping in view the goal of producing great quality students, our educational institute which always looks for meaningful and effective education, is full of salient features as:

Lesson Inspection / Observation :-

The teachers, employed for teaching are trained, But, in order to make teaching lively and perfect the principal and vice principal observe the teaching style and method of each teacher in every month.

Teacher-Principal Interaction :-

Once the inspection of a lesson is over the principal interacts with the teacher highlighting the pros and cons of the teaching style and techniques. In addition to this the responsibilities and attitude of the teacher, students response, the expectation of the vidyadham etc. are brought into the notice of the concerned teacher.

Presentation Of Ideal/Model lesson :-

So as to make the teaching more effective and cheerful, and to let other teachers know the skills and qualities of a teacher, an ideal lesson is presented. For such a lesson all the teachers along with the students of the concerned class attend the period. After the presentation of the text everything related to teaching is discussed. More-over, some expert teachers are called upon to deliver their teaching skills. This would help the teachers of the vidyadham to inculcate newer techniques.

Annual Planning of syllabus :-

The next academic plan is organized according to the standard of the syllabus and the subjects prior to the starting of the new academic year. In the annual planning month wise completion of the syllabus in given due importance and its follow up is done regularly.

Student Counseling :-

The students, slower in studies and having some behavioral problems find suitable counseling inside the vidyadham itself . If necessary, their parents are advised to seek guidance from expert counselors in connection with the problems related to their children.

Exhortation of parents :-

Exhortation of parents is the subject matter of the first parents’ meet of the academic year. Here, the actual relationship of the child with parents is discussed elaborately by some renowned experts in the field of education. Thus, parents are encouraged through positive and inspirational dialogue for bright parenting.

Parents’ Meeting :-

Four parents meetings are arranged in every academic year. Being a residential school the parents meeting is two folded. Parents can come to know about their child’s health and care, his attitude and behavior including his progress in studies.

Teachers’ Training :-

All teachers are trained, but they are expected to be more focused on their teaching skills by using new and updated techniques and skills. For achieving this object, the teachers are not only sent to attend various teaching programs run by experts but also these programs are organized by the school itself.

Teachers’ Evaluation :-

Evaluation of the teachers is done by constantly observing their work. In this context they are frequently communicated, In the beginning of the academic year, they are given some tasks and targets and at the end of year their work is evaluated on the basis of action taken in dealing with those tasks.

Special classes for Homework & competitive exams :-

On every working day there are six periods for completion of the syllabus. After the periods are over, two additional periods are conducted every day for homework & self-studies.

Competitive Exams :-

Every year in vidyadham the eligible students are enrolled for Competitive exams. Preparation for Scholarship exam for class 5th and 8th std. For 7th class, Mathematics Olympiad and English Olympiad is carried out. Teachers guide the students. Apart from these exams if students want to appear for other exams, they can take other exams too, but the teachers do not guide them.

Science laboratory :-

The school has a well equipped science laboratory. Each class has one science practical period in a week. Every week the teachers demonstrate experiments to the students and make them perform individually. The aim of this is that a student should be attracted towards science subject.

Mathematical laboratory :-

Marathwada’s first mathematical laboratory is in our school. It is helpful to understand the abstract concepts in Mathematics. Eg. To draw area, to take measurements and to apply the formulae, the school conducts Math’s practical. Every student of the each class goes to the mathematical laboratory &learns Math’s interestingly. The school conducts Math’s practical exam during each term.

Computer lab :-

In modern competitive world computer education is necessary. The school has a well equipped computer lab. Every class has two computer periods in a week. The school provides primary education of MS-CIT to all students. Every class has extra computer period on Sunday.

Digital class :-

Every standard has a digital classroom. Each class is equipped with k-yan digital device. Teachers teach with the help of k-yan software. Students learn by audio video method. The k-yan is upgraded in accordance with the syllabus of subjects.
