Arya Chanakya Vidyadham is situated 16kms. away from the city of ‘Aurangabad’ in a very peaceful and pleasant environment. The school is situated in the mountains present near the village, Jatwada. The school is only 1.5km. far from Jatwada. The specialty of ‘Jatwada’ is the TEMPLE OF SANKATHAR 1008 SHRI ‘Parshwanathji’. The old idols and images present here are really worth watching.

Just close to ‘Jatwada’, there is one more village which is famous for the Temple of ‘Shiva’. The name of this village is ‘Dhopateshwar’. While visiting these ancient places we reach the school.

The same road leads to ‘Khultabad’. The old name of this town is ‘Ratnapur’. There is a famous temple of ‘Bhadra Maruti’. There you can see the idol of ‘God Maruti’ in a sleeping posture. There are only three such temples in India.

There is a popular and famous ‘Dargah’ of the great Muslim saint, ‘Jarjari Baksh’ at ‘Khultabad’. The tomb of Mughal emperor. Aurangzeb, is also present there at ‘Khultabad’. Such a great historical place is Just 17kms away from the school.

On the way from ‘Jatwada’ to ‘Khultabad’ there is an impregnable fort built during the reign of ‘Yadavas’. This fort is also known as ‘Devgiri fort’. This remarkable historical fort is Just 21kms away from the school.

You know Maharashtra is a land of saints. On the way from Dualabad to Khultabad, we come across a holy place, named ‘Shulibhanjan’. It is at this place our great saint, ‘SANT EKNATH’ had meditated in isolation for a long period of time resulting into the blessings by ‘Lord Dattatraya’.

The world famous ‘Ellora’ is about 20km. away from the school. The cultural and historical legacies have been conserved, sustained and cherished in the world famous ‘Ellora’ caves. There is one of the twelve ‘Jyotir Lingas’ known as ‘Ghrishneshwar’ at ‘Ellora’.

Ellora is the original village of Bhosale Family of the great emperor ‘Shivaji Maharaj’. The “Gadhi” of Maloji Raje which withnesses the history of Bhosale family is also present here. The Ellora caves, ‘Jyotirlingah’, original village of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’ etc. still stand magnificently witnessing the Indian historical power & valor.

The coolest place in the Marathwada region is ‘Maheshmal’ . It is just 25km. away from the school. It is one of the best tourist places in the region.

Bibi Ka Maqbara, Paanchakki, Buddhas Caves are some famous places to visit. The students of the school earn the opportunity to have a close look of all these places.
